The DESIGN III service is dedicated to the most prestigious projects
that require a full interior design service highly detailed:
inlaid marble floors, walls paneling with custom designed boiserie,
ceilings with openings, domes and lowerings...
In this kind of projects usually the technical systems are being readapted
and in particular the electrical one becomes a unique piece with the internal surfaces,
for which it requires a more complex design.
Even realistic views are more detailed and they require more modeling work.
Everything is always completed by the shopping list which includes
the selection of furnishings and accessories to buy.
We also add project management to this service.
Although remotely, we manage quotations and orders requests
from companies and/or artisans, and we organize all stages up to delivery,
keeping times and costs under control.
The DESIGN III service consists of complete interior design project that will take place through constant assistance via whatsapp or video call, where we will see together step by step the various phases of the project.
We'll start with the search of style, sharing reference images. Then we'll show you the first proposals, based on your requests, needs and inspirational photos.
Subsequently, graphic drawings will be prepared with realistic views , color palettes and materials, and the layout of the furnishings.
After the confirmation of the style and layout of every single room, we start to prepare the technical drawings regarding the flooring, the walls and the ceiling design.
In the service is also included the design of the kitchen and other bespoke furniture.
All is completed by the shopping list regarding furnishings and accessories, and the
list of interventions to be carried out to keep budget and timing under control.
